so appreantly working for sprint doesnt mean you get better service

so i work for an indirect. i had a guy port 3 lines over from att. anyway, after 4 hours cross network txt still wasnt working. so i called tech support....hahaha 🙄

the first lady i could barely understand thru her ghetto accent. anyway, i explain the issue to her. she clicks around a lil bit then says she has to transfer me to advanced tech support. then hangs up.

so i call back. explain to the next rep whats going on. get his employee number. he also says i need to talk to advanced support then proceedes to hang up on me.

ok so now im pissed. my customer is standing at my mall kiosk and is getting madder every time he sees me call back and and explain everything yet again.

call #3. same story, they cant do anything. so ...

Doesn't surprise me there is a reason why FIVE MILLION ppl have left sprint...and the bleeding is continuing. Sprint sucks!

Your manager or Indirect exec/mgr should have the number directly to tier 2. Don't waste your time with tier 1. That's mostly for situations where someone just needs to take the battery out and put it back in, things a rep should be able to fix him/herself.

Granted, we still get the occasional idiot, they are usually a lot better.

i never even got to teir 2. They claimed they were going to transfer me there a few times, but just threw me into a queue that ended the call after holding for 5 mins.


I still can't believe that the "supervisor" hung up on me.
