the damn thread is about a poor sprint employee who is getting the shaft! and this is not the first one of this nature..now yes my post was not helpful and inflammatory in nature..but all the bad press in general about sprint is fair play my friend...the company needs to pull their heads out. now i know you love sprint and dc and you do not have any problems with their cs yada yada..but sprint sucks! yes they suck!

If they don't receive it and you don't have any tracking info, then that's between you and UPS. That's not bad service, that's you not being able to show that you actually sent it back. If they didn't have that protection in place then people would try to scam the system, "oh, I sent it back already...", get a credit, then sell the unit on ebay.
That's about the same as for any company that ships products and has to handle returns. Until it gets back to them then it's not their responsibility. It's your responsibility to hang on to tracking info and take it up with UPS/FedEx/DHL.
