red carpet service huh

So I returned an aircard about two months ago under my advatage club(30 day return) and then ordered one under my employee plan-I get a bill in the mail for 149.99!!! Of course I didn't keep the tracking # so basically they said that there's nothing that they can do about it and I am now screwed out of 150 bucks. WOW- makes me proud to work for such a great company!(note the sarcasm)

yeah tell me about-my last day is saturday-they shut our store down cause it wasnt making enough money so basically we all got laid off-to tell the truth im not too disappointed

Laid off! Can't be. I've had too many of the fanboys here tell me... no...shout at me that Sprint was NOT laying off anyone. Hmmm... How can this be? Guess they were wrong. I'll sit over here and hold my breath waiting for them to admit that.

Because you have no business coming in here from another forum to jump on the "let's all hate on Sprint" bandwagon.

This forum is for discussing and exchanging ideas for Sprint users, not the Dr. Phil Show for disgruntled ex-subscribers who don't like them and want to vent.

are we friends and i forgot? i didn't think so you don't know what service i use....plus i am free to post any where i want. i know its rough times being a sprint pirate and you feel the need to extinguish every negative comment about sprint, but there are just to many fires for you to keep up..now go play with you pos ic502 lol

But the question is, why post at all if you don't have Sprint? What difference does it make to you personally?

I feel you but just because you don't like the negative comments about sprint doesn't mean that they're not warranted, feel me?

the damn thread is about a poor sprint employee who is getting the shaft! and this is not the first one of this nature..now yes my post was not helpful and inflammatory in nature..but all the bad press in general about sprint is fair play my friend...the company needs to pull their heads out. now i know you love sprint and dc and you do not have any problems with their cs yada yada..but sprint sucks! yes they suck!

I guess all of the "poor employees" and customers who got the shaft from Verizon don't count because Verizon is making lots of money. 😕

Y'know, for a little while, I was feeling a little guilty: thinking maybe that I did overreact to your negative Sprint post. That was until I noticed that you've been trolling over in the AT&T forums as well. Looks like I called this one right, after all.

Dude, nobody in these forums care about what you think of their carrier or service. They just can't stand it when jokers like you spam them with meaningless crapola and trash talk.

What did your thread in the AT&T forum accomplish? I'm guessing the same thing your post did over here. Zip. Nada. Whose wireless experience is going to be better because of your contributions? Hmmm, let me guess... 🙄

you are a crazy little man actually i got a lot of help here man..guy looked up my zip code for me and others commented about service directly where i live. i am going to try out the Bold upon release and give att a try.

I mean, dont you have to pay for the aircard? Or are you saying you got charged for the one you returned? If you got charged for the one you returned, that can take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be shown on your bill, but since you work for Sprint, you should know that.

Although I agree it sucks, that is why you are given a tracking number. America needs to start being responsible for thier actions, it is not always someone else's fault. I am fat, but it is my fault not McDonanalds. 😁

it has been two billing cycles and yes i should have kept the tracking # but also why can't sprint kept track of the flippin packages that are sent to them

If you work for Sprint, you should be able to see it in the memos that they recieved it. And if you find it you should be able to see the confirmation number attached to it

They should be able to track the ESN through inventory *if* it's received back at the warehouse. Then, they should reverse the charge... Simple fix.

If they don't receive it and you don't have any tracking info, then that's between you and UPS. That's not bad service, that's you not being able to show that you actually sent it back. If they didn't have that protection in place then people would try to scam the system, "oh, I sent it back already...", get a credit, then sell the unit on ebay.

That's about the same as for any company that ships products and has to handle returns. Until it gets back to them then it's not their responsibility. It's your responsibility to hang on to tracking info and take it up with UPS/FedEx/DHL.

Have emp care pull up an old account that has been cancelled in Premiere, have them go to Equipment, ESN, and ENTER ESN. Manually type in esn it will record all activity done on the esn incase warehouse forgot to scan it in, it will record if it was referbuished or resent out after you returned it. I find it much more reliable than the stores esn lookup, worth a shot if you get a rep willing to do it. I think tomorrow are last days we'll have access to premiere so hurry ^.^
