I already have the Blade a900 but I just wanted a new phone because Im into the whole music on your phone thing....I can get the Blade to hold up to 100 songs but the thing is the battery life on the phone and also all of its bugs impair me from fully using its functions....Is upgrading to the Fusic a good alternative?....and what better things would I get out of it?

The LG Fusic/LX550 has a MicroSD 64 MB card in the box already which is expandable up to 512 MB. The Samsung A900/Blade has a total internal user memory of approximately 45 MB for storage. The LG Fusic also has an FM transmitter build into it which would allow you to play your MP3 on an unused frequency on the FM band. The Fusic is just a hair thicker than unlike the Blade, has a stubby nonretractable antenna. I've seen quite a few people with the Fusic that have been quite content with it as far as reception and voice clarity. Also like the Blade, the Fusic is EVDO Rev 0 compliant.

Expandable to 512? No. Haven't tried a 2GB, but I know the 1GB works.

lots of phones 'officially' only support 512, but will work with 1G. its kinda like, if it works, cool. if it doesnt, well then tuff. just have to try it on the one you get. some will only recognize a certain amount of space, ie treo 650 can take a 2G card, but will only show 1.7G due to file library BS.

he was asking between two Sprint phones you idiot....

oh and would you care to tell me how the chocolate is better than the Fusic?
feature wise? Seriously I'd really like to know...besides you being a fanboy and stating that its on Verizon service which makes it better...

Anyways...based on my experience with both the phones...I would definitely go with the Fusic

I read the review of the chocolate and it got bad reviews for reception. Who wants a phone that gets bad reception. Looks more hype then anything else.

*checks the top of the page*

oh my goodness, it is!! thats fine. the chocolate does in fact seem to be a damn good phone. props to VZW for snagging it.

regardless, between the A900 and the Fusic... i NEVER hought i would say this about an LG... *sigh*... i would choose the Fusic. 3 software updates later, and the A900 STILL has bugs. so far, ive heard no complaints from customers (or techs) concerning the new LG. i would choose it. retails at $329.99... the A900 is pretty new, so im assuming you bought it less than 12 months ago... check www.sprintrebates.com... you MAY be eligible for a $75 rebate (if you sign a new 2 year contract), but other than that, you'll be paying a pretty penny for...
