Direct Numbers

Insert Witty Name Here

Dec 9, 2005, 11:22 AM
Does anyone have a direct number to Sprint Customer Service they would please, please share with me?

I already have the direct numbers to Nextel and T-mobile but since the merge with Sprint, I don't have that number.

Oh, and by direct number - I mean, a number I can call without pressing any keys or really waiting (well, normally not waiting). The number will take me directly to a rep.

Thanks for any help!!

There is no "Bat Phone" you can call without waiting. Be patient, young grasshopper, and wait your turn. If there were such a number that we all knew, do you really think there would be still no wait or routing options? đŸ˜ŗ
I am inclined to think not!

1-888-788-5001, when it asks you to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, Press 00*. Hope that helps 🙂

Coffee beans, coffee beans, where the heck did I put my coffee beans?

halo! If I could see you, I would smooch you AND your little birdy a million times - on your cheeks, of course. 🤭

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Seriously, you do not know the hassle of having a customer come in and they have a question about their bill or "can I take off this?" and we have to wait on hold or press a million keys or fight with the stupid automated system.

Do you need the direct numbers to T-Mobile or Nextel customer care? I have those if you would like them. I would gladly give them up to you. 😁

Well... umm... it wouldn't be such a bad thing if I didn't have a latino girlfriend. I'd be careful if I were you; they get pretty jealous!

But anyways, the Nextel number would be great!

Are you a dealer for Sprint? If so they do have a "Dealer Hotline" specifically for thirdparty dealers.

Holy Cow thanks for the number! no press 1, wait for english translator to put your call in que, simply straight to "your call will be handled in the order received"... cool 😎

Just some food for thought, these all-powerful red phones are usually set aside for specific people such as DMs and RMs for retail. When the number leaks and the call center starts overloading, they tend to change the number. Enjoy it while you can. Just my 2c from real experience with it.

Its just a customer care #......same people you would talk to dialing other numbers, as far as I just experienced. I understand what you are saying, but i dont think we are getting to any special center, you just go straight into the que.

The number I gave you before is an all in one number. You can process a new activation, upgrade, solve customer care issues and much more. 1-866-306-7056 They will help you with customer care issues only and they will try to steal your sale aka transfer you to tela-sales.
