how to unlock sprint mobile to universal

Pls need suggestions, bought a phone on ebay and it's locked to sprint. It's rilly stressing to find someone to unlock. Pls help

the original carrier has to send a signal to it, then its unlocked that simple but the device cannot have a lease, payment plan, or contract attached
