Sprint is looking pretty good and with "Network Vision on the horizon it will only get better! Looks like att is the worst and verizon only beat Sprint by 1 pt props to the NowNetwork!

If 40% of AT&T subscribers don't like the service they get, why do they stay? I don't get it.

The iPhone. The poor saps are so obsessed with that device that they'll endure lame coverage and service in order to keep it.

I've seen some Android converts, but you're probably right. 🙄

I can't say I blame them. I was oh so close to saying "*Bleep* it I don't care how *Bleep*y AT&T's network is I WANT an iphone!" *Sigh* ☚ī¸ Ah well...maybe one day...

Not 40% of AT&T subscribers but rather 40% of the respondents to Consumer Report's poll. Seriously, who is more likely to respond to such a poll? A happy , satisfied customer or an angry, disgruntled one? YOU GOT IT!

I have to say I always come to phone scoop to read about reviews and get as much information as I can before I buy a phone.

Anyway, that's off the subject BUT my husband said that maybe we should try switching our plan over to a family plan on Verizon....and I gave it some consideration (we have our own plans)on verizon...BUT all in all we would still be spending a fortune each month

WELL, until 2 days ago when I made the decision to try out Sprint. I went out Chritsmas shopping and decided to check out the phones and the prices of their plans and OMG....the prices and plans were so good, I would be saving 150.00 a month if we decide to have a family plan on Sprint. It's an amazing savings and well worth trying the risk free 30 days

I work for a sprint retailer. I'd have to say that 95% of the customers that port from another carrier, port from Verizon. That figure is in no way an exaggeration either. I guess it's easy to see how they can be the biggest of the Big 4 when they charge their customers so much money.

🙂

Just make sure to listen carefully to a representative when they explain and please ask questions to clarify, use examples, etc in order to fully understand.

I love it when a customer will ask me to clarify something if it doesn't make sense, I've told 'em flat out to let me know if something I say needs to be explained clearer or to give another example; means they're listening actively and are wanting to understand.

Most of those calls go well too, by the end of it.

Ok I wanted to give an update.....I really like Sprint, not only is it half the cost of Verizon, the service is just as good, never had a problem making or receiving calls. I will be staying with Sprint.
