Sprint PCS sales rep needs help!

I'm a sales rep at a Sprint PCS dealer. Working
through the third-party activation line has become an absolute nightmare. Simple activations, and even ESN swaps often take a very, very long time to complete. Recently,
it took my co-worker over 2 hours just to add
a line to a customer's account. Thankfully, the customer was patient and waited, but this
is just ridiculous. We're going to end up losing sales!
Does anyone have any phone numbers for Sprint activations, other than 1-866-542-1248?

what about 877-888-1518? i used that when i worked at radioshack.

They have cut off both of those numbers and are forcing everyone to go through that third party line. How come you do not just use FAST to complete your applications? Since they have re-done it, it is real easy to use and actaully fast.

i am a third party dealer also. and the only thing i'm allowed to do in fast is new activations. everything else has an error, and won't let me through. i quit using the third party hotline altogether, the reps are rude and know nothing. just go through 866-542-1248.

Yer Fast must we broken then, I work for the same dealer and with SprintGurl05, and we use fast for most everything. The only thing it wonn't let us do is an ESN swap where the old phone was non vision and the new one is vision (well, we can, but the system will make you change the plan) and an upgrade where the customer is signing a new agreement but wants to keep their current plan. other than that, fast should handle everything, if it doesn't, complain to the tech support on the third party dealer line...

He might just started selling sprint which means he has to sell like 50 - 100 phones per month in order to get fast. They first start you off using the phone lines and you have to earn fast...lol
