Android 2.1 for Sprint HTC Hero....24 hours later
IMHO, it's a head over heels improvement over Cupcake 1.5.
1. It's running better even with the fairly large amount of apps I've got installed on it. 2. It also looks like (but I can't attest to this with certainty just yet) that the Internet Browser on board by default has some Flash Player support built in. I was able to play videos from ESPN on it that weren't playing on the older stock browser bef...

Glad to hear the Hero update works well, though!
I know with the Eris update, it broke a lot of people's yahoo accounts but worked fine once they re synced it.
Not sure about the screen lag. Does it pop up more often when you're using certain programs?

I had to re-sync my Y! a/c maybe once and it's been fine ever since. Other than that, I've had my Y! e-mails come in same day but maybe a few seconds to a few minutes behind when they appear in my Inbox on my PC.
To clarify the screen issue... For instance, on the main screen, if I swipe left or right, sometimes it will get 'stuck' halfway between the screens for a moment before completing. Same thing happens with notifications. Applications don't seem to have any issues, just the home screen as far as I can tell.
