I've been a Sprint customer for little more than a year and I decided to go with Sprint based on savings and their 4G quality network. So far, I have no compliants, but their is a new program that Sprint is offering via Virgin Mobile that has the potential to help out customers and consumers alike who need service and have trouble affording good cell service.

The “Assurance Wireless” program is being in offered in five states and exclusively to low income, qualifying families and its an amazing deal.
