To actually answer the question, yes.. any discounts can be applied to this plan, the only plans that cannot be discounted are the SIMPLY EVERYTHING (unlimited minutes)
Oh and also, the plan that the guy just linked can NOT be discounted, so it may end up being MORE than the 450 with corporate or loyalty discounts
