Tech problem...Sprint Music Store...Samsung m520

An update became available for my phone right around the new year. I literally woke up one morning and the red light was flashing...said to click "OK" to update firmware. I did this. The next time I accessed the Sprint Music Store it asked me to update that software, so I did. After that the Music Store wouldn't load at all. The CSR said my problem didn't fit anything on her solution matrix, so she sent me to a corporate Sprint store, who somehow dumped the app and reinstalled it from a text message 12 days ago. Today I went to access the Music Store again, and got the same message that I needed to update the software, but no matter how many times I click "OK", the update doesn't complete. Was there any error message when you tried to access the Music Store?

Nope, no error message. It just wouldn't open at all. I got them to do an RTN and now my Music Store (and mp3 player) works just fine.


HOWEVER...now the Pandora app that I had to re-download gives me a http error 302, "We're experiencing difficulty communicating with the Sprint network." My husband can use Pandora with no error, and tech support really doesn't know what to do. Do you know if the Pandora app itself has changed in the last few days or anything? This is really frustrating!
