Instinct Calendar

I recently purchased an Instinct through Sprint with insurance. I had problems with the touch screen locking up so got a replacement. Sprint gave me a refurbished phone that had belonged to "Kevin" and it kept updating to his information and therefore disabling my phone as my account did not match his phone (but that is another story). With both phones, I have had problems with the calendar. I would set the calendar at a time in the morning when I had an appointment and set the alarm to go off "1 hour before". The alarm would never go off. I have also had this same problem with "10 minutes before". I am wondering if others have had this problem and if this is a glitch in the phone itself or if getting a new one will solve the problem. ...

I work in retail and this is the first I've heard of this. I know of a few people who use the feature as their only alarm and have never complained. Just sounds like bad luck.

If you're phone is going on the fritz like that, new or used, ensure you got the latest software(the brain of the phone) and if so, go to a service and repair center to have a Hard Reset done to wipe out all the corruption and allow you to start brand new*********HARD RESET WILL ERASE EVERYTHING IN THE PHONE, CONSULT USERSGUIDE********
