Rate plan cost formula
Of course Bravo does not give the discounts for NVP rates. So here is the way you can give them a good estimate if you don't already know.
Example: Wachovia 25%
$129.99 1500 everything plan.
$129.99 x .75 =$97.49
surcharges per line are $1.99 and $.20 = $2.19
taxes are at a national average of 11.3%
$97.49 x 11.3 =$11.02
surcharges 2.19 x 2 =$4.38
$97.49 + 11.02 + $4.38 =$112.89
