The PRL update that wasn't
I've been trying to get a PRL update for two days. Every time I call *2, wait my minute or two, and hang up, the screen on the phone says "programming unsucessful", so I call *2 back and do it all over again. This has happened at least half a dozen times. Has anyone had this happen to them? What's gone wrong?

What kind of phone do you have? Most Sprint phones can have an over the wire update done at a service/repair center. Other than that, wait a few months and it'll update again. They usually update them about every three months.

I took the phone to an authorized dealer since we don't have a Sprint store here, and they told me I don't need a PRL update. Since I haven't had one since I bought the phone (that I know of), I'd really like it to update. Plus, it keeps trying to install the upgrade every time I call *2!
