I dunno if this bothers anyone else in any way shape or form, but I've been a sales rep for sprint for 2 years now and I'm a little peeved about some new stuff going on with the company. Alright here it goes, sales rep = I sell phones and make money, if i dont sell anything I dont get anything besides my hourly. So then Sprint rolls out red carpet service alright I understand help the customers more so theyre happy I think I can handle that. So now im a Sales Rep/Customer Service stay with me here. So thats going good I suppose, THEN they roll out "Ready Now" which is basically we have to deal with technical issues with the phones. I agree. I work for Sprint Promotions department at a call center, and it is the same here. It's to difficult. We can't be experts in everything for the company it leads to the wrong information being gave out.

since we started the red carpet, my commission checks jumped up about $200. However my district has the best csat in the company. 😉
as far as "ready now," i agree it is alot. but i would much rather do all of this that trying to sell on the old comp plan.

Yeah the new comp rules!! BUT, I knew there had to be a few flaws. No worries guys, its all worth it. Helps CSAT a bunch. Red Carpet has helped especially in the Early upgrades. Now with the premier customers eligible every year for the primary line, thats gonna help alot as well. Buy one get one free rumors? come on guys! In my district theres the free rumors for every 2-5 new line added. Sold 7 lines due to that today. Its all worth it in the end!

Mine has gone down I hit 100% csat and everything met my phone quota but I still was trending lower than usual on my commissions. I think I'm really just more irritated that they're taking my raise this year 😢

I agree with you. I need a raise from all this work i"m doing. I work in Acct Services/Retentions/Cancellations and we make our money off of saves meaning if the customer is looking to cancel. I have a problem with customer care who transfer to us for no reason. I still don't understand why we have customer service because the reps I have gotten are plain stupid and refuses to help customers. They call acct services say the customer wants to cancel when the customer only needed a rate plan change or credit for some valid charge. Oh, When did we become the escalation dpt. I am so tired of customer asking me am I the supervisor she was suppose to be transferred to, so now I have to be cursed out because you wanted to dump the call on me when t...
