Ok, so I have a HUGE dillema. I want to move but I am not sure. I have it narrowed down to Seattle Washington or Las Vegas Nevada. Any corporate store employees opinions would be great. I am looking to transfer. I am a lead but want to move up or stay at my current position. Any advice would be great. Thanks 🙂

Seattle! This is the best city in the world, hands down. Always something to do, cool people.

I am just trying to figure out if I want to move at all. I will be leaving EVERYONE behind. I will be alone and that is gonna suck. I hate going to the bar by myself LOL!

There's a club for every taste here. Not to mention awesome shows.

Awesome. Is there like a suburb outside the city. I dont want to live in the city. Too expensive. What store are you at?

I'm at the Bremerton WA call center, actually, just across the puget sound. There's plenty of suburbs, you could easily call Tacoma one gigantic suburb of Seattle, along with Redmond, burien, etc. And on the subject of bremerton, there's a one hour ferry ride that connects the two cities. It's pretty common practice to live here and work there.

Im starting to like seattle more and more. I need to get into a store though. I think that that is gonna be the hard part. It's not like I can just go and interview in person when I live in michigan ya know? LOL! 🤣

Hell, you already know all the systems. The save on training time is a big plus for a manager.
...
Yea, i would see it that way but some managers dont see it that way. They like to hire within their own stores ☹️ I guess I can try right?? LOL!

Seattle rocks! I lived there about 10 years ago and loved it! 2 hours to Vancouver, BC, beautiful scenery, LOTS of stuff to do.
However, traffic is HORRIBLE and it is very expensive to live there. Some of the outlying cities may be a little cheaper, but still higher than I was used to.
Vegas would also be cool, but if you like to gamble, I wouldn't recommend moving there! Not unless you have strong willpower!
