Don't even worry about snc which by the way is changing it's name. Look @ the new playbook for the new name 😳 . About the advocates.... My manager asked me if I wanted the Diamond, and of course I said yes!!! Talk with your manager, and they put you in as the advocate. Then you recieve an E-mail confirming it, and fill out somemore informaiton. You also have to make sure that if you are picked that all of your team members do their training or you have to send the phone back. I am glad I waited my turn instead of the Instinct. I love the instinct, but the new Diamond will kick its 😉 . Hope you have been a good rep...Then you can recieve the Diamond from your manager.
