So, what's it gonna cost me to replace? I have either ERP or TEP, not sure which(?). Don't recall which they put on my plan. How do I tell? Anyway, what will it cost me to replace my cool-as-sh*it device? 🤭

ERP = Equipment Replacement Program

Either way if you have one of those you will be able to get one for $50.

I am with Verizon I can tell you what they do when a phone is lost. I am not sure if Sprint will do this. But you call up customer service and tell them a friend said you can help. You lost your Instict and they might be able to offer you a new Instict for a 2 yr contract at a 1 yr contract price. If you paid 199 for your Instinct the 1 yr price might be close to 300. However, it will still be a discounted price. Rather than paying the full retail price of close to 400. Hope this helps.

Call Asurion at 1-800-584-3666 and file a claim with a $50 deductable. FYI, the phone is on backorder, which means for you, it might be awhile. I've ordered some for Advanced Exchange (which is almost like the same thing) a week ago and still haven't recieved a replacement order. So to set expecations, it more than likely will take a while. If you know where a old Sprint phone is, put that on your account after the claim until the Instinct comes back in for you. Sorry about the luck. -Drake
