Sprint & Verizon Roam on Eachothers Networks?
So, do Sprint and Verizon roam on eachothers networks? If so, wouldn't that mean the coverage is the same on either provider?
The one thing that I already know I will lose with VZW is the service, VZW will just about bend over backwards to keep their customers happy (expect for when it comes to their pricing).
I don't know...50% savings in exchange for not as good customer service and a slight decrease in coverage? Might be worth it for us.
I know sprint works well, but there are many downfalls for cheaper prices. One example was when I ported to sprint and not two weeks later we had a major black out in our city. My sprint service went completely out, apparently the back up generators are battery powered, while verizon uses gas generators. And no forcing my phone to roam, did not work. I was dead in the water, while my sisters Verizon phone was working all 3 days while my phone was a paper weight.
And another thing I don't like about Sprint is the store experience. I hated going into a Sprint store it took ...

sprint and verizon do roam off of each other. their coverages are 99.99999% the same when you include the roaming areas. If you ever have issues with customer service with sprint, go into a store, especially if you got your phone in a store. they should be more than happy to help out a customer that got service at their store. If not, go to another one, that store doesn't deserve your future business.
and as for bending over backwards to make a customer happy, I personally do as much as I can. one instance in particular, is that I took a bill payment from a customer and mistakenly told her she needed to pay $5 less than she actually did to pay on her bill to ...

Then I planted firmly in Portland Oregon area and found that Verizon is absolute KING here in terms of coverage from back then till now and since seems like th...

And Verizon does the same thing if you roam too much, they are the ones who started it.
Verizon does not work and Sprint does it the area.
Typical V-Dub fanboy not listening to customers and just saying they are better. 🙄
