Man ClickIt is what I did, but they said they can only remove it if its been currently active on a previous account...The only other option i have for you is Order Support, which is what they advised me to do. Hmm...let me try ClickIt again

The ESN is reported lost/stolen. Go and get your money back. Only the original account holder can release. Sorry pink centro08.

Yeah just send it back. Why do extra leg work if you don't have to?

That is NOT true, sorry. If the phone came from Sprint.com than Sprint can release the ESN. It has been awhile since I have studied the process but a good store's tech could get it released, and if they do not know how than they can email their regional inventory manager and brush up on the process. When I was a leas technician, managing store's technicians we had an email box we would hit up, but I forget what it was 😢
If I were you I would call telesales, the number should have come with the phone. Tell them you want an in store return authorization form. They will email you a form and you can get it exchanged in ANY corporate Sprint store. Or just use the return label that came with the phone and return it in the mail for a...

If its reported lost or stolen then just call the lost or stolen dept. If its an ESN (not an MSN) we can get into a chat tool and get it removed from the negative file that way. we would just need the acct number, the phone number its actiated to and the ESN number.

TeleSales wont be able to send the Return Authorization Form. Telesales is just, a Sales department. They order phones and accessories, simple as that. Anything past that they need to make a Conference Call. You would get the Return Authorization form either throught Order Support, or visit Sprint.com/Returns for the complete detailed info. If you submit an e-Ticket and chat, they cant release it. They say that they can only release it if its been previously active on that account. (They CAN do it, just not supposed to)

Ya, I guess telesales wasnt the term, whatever 1=800 number they included(internet sales?) with the phone you can call and get them to email you a return auth form that you can take to a store. The problem with walking right into a store to exchange it is that sometimes internet sales and retail sales arent the same, so the store needs the form to return it.
