Sprint is the worst company I HAVE ever worked for when it comes to resolving their employee issues,
in the last 6 months

I HAVE spent over 5 months and 40 hours over the phone about 20 faxes and 1 laywer to get paid on my Short term Disablity, that i just got paid for when I took STD back in December and Januaury

I have had to call about 10 times over the last 5 months to change my tax claims, because sprint had an error where I was somehow signed up as an employee at 2 different sides of the company thus not changing my tax status. this just got resolved today, f*** its about time and has costed me about 2k in missapplied taxes

They falsly removed about 80 hours PTO from my pool, and this took about 4 months and numerous calles...

Hang tight. I'm sure that someone will come along soon and tell you that it's somehow your fault because according to most of the posters here, Sprint is the best in the industry.

that sucks.... and sprint want better customer service... i think sprint should take care of its employees and later request them results.

you cannot have great customer care if you treat them like sh*t

Your story brings a little tear to my eye... Funny that in 5 years on working for Sprint in 3 different mid to high level jobs I have never heard of anyone having issues like this. Maybe just maybe you dont get treated well because HR doesnt like the way you clean their ****ters at night. Just a thought.

HA! I'm not sure if you were being serious or not... but that pretty much made my day.
In case you weren't joking... I'm pretty sure STD meant Short Term Disablity.
Man that was funny.

Glad that someone does! 😎

Anyway, my question was: what does all that have to do with the price of toilet paper in China? I mean, c'mon. I work for Proctor & Gamble, one of the largest and most successful companies in the entire world, and I hear the same sad stories from co-workers there! Insurance and short term disability issues are rampant everywhere, not just ailing Sprint.

I just hate to see someone posting stuff that has no relevance whatsoever to a forum and presents issues that nobody in...

True, many topics are posted here, but not all of them should be.

I actually was responding to another poster on one of my posts. Caring about an issue and being interested in the post itself along with responses by others to it are two entirely different things. I never said the post wasn't interesting.

The reason I dislike posts such as yours is because it falls into the category o...

I'm confused, do you like your job or not? If not--Leave. Otherwise, find something more constructive to do than complain. Every company has its issues when you have as many employees as Sprint does. If you want to keep your job and help the company grow, quit posting such negative things for the world to read. Public forums are not the place to vent your frustration with your employer.

Ok, lets get this straight. Sprint will not ever send you an email saying that they "incorrectly" paid you over 45 dollars. You would just see it on your paycheck IF there was a mistake made. Secondly, if you did get paid incorrectly it would be because your manager did not enter your time in correctly into Retail Time and Attendance, or entered it after the cutoff time so then it would show up late.
Now back to your orginal title, "Sprint the worst company for HR I have ever been with". You said you are a "keyed" sales rep, as if it is some great position of responsibility. Too bad for you I have worked for Sprint for 4 years and even though I am corporate I still know Retail positions. A keyed sales rep IS the second lowest posit...

So lets get this straight. Lets pretend for a second your job isnt the second lowest job grade within Sprint. Lets pretend that what you say is correct and your keyholder job is a big deal. You say you get paid more than a sheriff, a teacher, etc...and yet you are on phonescoop dogging out your employer who pays you so well. ..??? They over paid you on an error with getting commission on the brand new simply everything plan... thats really not a big deal, that sort of thing happens with any big company. Go cry more Sprint Peon, your job is the bottom of the barrel, alot like your spelling. How do yo expect to get paid right when you cannot even spell "payed" right? GED for the win. Burger King calls your name...JADEN... JADEN....!! Q...

Yes I work at sprint and itΓƒΒ’Γ’β€šΒ¬β„’s because of people in my position that sprint has a wireless industry.

I think its funny you sit behind your desk and try to diss, me not realizing that me and my horrible spelling while working at sprint, am 3 1/2 years away from finishing my Doctorate and I will be making more money then you will EVER see at sprint, not to mention a profitable 3 employee small wholeseller/directship business I own on the side.

So yes think your clever and nit pick my internet spelling, and...

πŸ˜‰ no worries

As to the lay offs,

EVERY Company goes through pains, we are taking the right step in the right direction, Dan is a very intelligent person I am sure he is taking us in the right direction,

No one can even come close to the services we offer, I was with 2 friends who both have att&t tilts we went on a trip and they are now both switching to sprint after seeing what my mogul and network can do and how much faster it is.

Just cause we are having hard times now doesnt mean we wont be back on top, if you remember years ago Mac almost went out of business so did nintendo both are on top again.
