I just got off of the phone with sprint and the rep that I was talking to brought up the SERO plans. However, he mentioned that if any problems were to arise the local stores could do nothing to help me and I can only deal with Sprint over the phone:

>This offer almost seems to good to be true, have people really had success with it?
>Finally, the rep did not give me an email or anything to log into the SERO website with, is there a universal one that works?

Hey guys. As long as you order the serive through the sprint.com/sero website or the tollfree number on the website you will fine. you need an employees email because it is a refferal offer hence the name sprint employee refferal offer or the updated name exclusive refferal offer. Once you have this acct setup when you call care they will try to pass you to employee accts where they cant help you. This will go on till you get someone that knows what they are doing

Click on a story.
Scroll to the bottom and usually a Sprint employee's email address is listed.

that doesnt work anymore. i called sero the other day to add another line and i gave them that email and they said that one has already expired. They also told me it has to be an actual email of a sprint employee.

It will work if you activate the sero online. They will tell you it is expired on the phone but it works online. Try that -

Your crazy employee account dont activate sero they only work on employee accts. Do not call this number. The wait is so long for actual employees to get thru because we have to constantly transfer sero ppl to cons or refer them to the website. We dont have the ability to order phones how would we set this up

Actually, your wrong. Employee Accounts does not handle SERO Plans. Any regular customer care representative can assist you if your on a SERO plan, they are not Advantage plans or Employee plans, it's simply a discounted referral plan. So if you get on a SERO, call regular customer care. If the care rep acts like they dont know how to handle SERO, request their supervisor.

i just got another person on SERO. i couldnt do it by calling in but if you do it all through sprint.com/sero it works. i should get my phone today.
