They up dated my PRL to 20231 can't find ANY single. 20230 worked great, is there a way to reverse it? I called and they resent 20231 but no luck still can not roam?? Have a ticket in? 👿 😡 😢

there is no ticket about this and dont know how to access to the prl directory to change it manually... try a hard reset ot go to a repair center

If you have a repair/service center near you, take your phone there and specifically ask for 20230. They'll look at you cross eyed for a minute, but just explain to them that 20231 isn't working for you. They'll still look at you cross eyed but should then load it into your phone.

Where are you located? There is an outage/error in the Indi. area right now. They released the outage a little earlier today. PRL's are not reading with the right switch
