it's tagged to the code for the Simply Everything plan. if the code sees that theres an NVP discount, it negates and discards the discount inside the account. tried runarounds, and it does not work.

the nvp discount does apply to the simply everything plan. just not the 89.99, 99.99 and family plans. the 450 and 900 minute plans do get the discount. this per our knowledge based system. i just looked it up
