Sprint Commissions

I can't stand the way they cheat our commissions, how come they know how many deacts we have but they can never get our activations right. How screwed up is that? I'm missing two sells from Feb. Some people may say that's nothing but I feel like I'm being cheated because they're getting their money where's mine? Any reps feel the same way. Also the 180 day deact thing is rape, seriously how can they rip us off like that? They take back money for something that was deactivated from 6months ago but what happens to the sell we made that current month? It's like they're getting paid twice. The money they're taking back plus the new sell we gained for the company. I'm so tired of being ripped off. If they pay their sales reps better than the peop...

haHAhaHA ... Oh how true this is. But yet for some reason they get prepaid sales 100%. And why on earth is it reto'd for 6 MONTHS not the 30 day return period (whatever happened to the 14 day period anyway !?!). But yes i totally agree with you MizzSprint that thier 110% "on" with deacts yet the IT dept cant seem to get the activations commissions program/tracker "right". How convienent ๐Ÿ˜ก

I'm in a C store and my quota is crazy low per month, but it's hard to even hit it with the traffic that comes through. When I lose an act or something, it shows. We're some of the lowest base-pay reps in the industry.. I'm kinda tired of it already.

quit. go to T-Mobile. They're sweet to employees.

I'm a third party rep, with Alltel, Sprint and T-Mobile. T-Mo treats the employee just as well as the customers. It's lovely.

Couple of things to add on to this?

1.) What happens to the deacts that are subtracted on the months that your quota is lower when they were paid on a month were you had a high quota? For example, you had a 32 quota month and had 30 acts and the next month you had a 25 quota with 23 acts with 2 deacts from the previous month, you were deducted more for the deacts then you were actually paid out on them. So in turn, Sprint is actually taking money from you!

2.) With the new Simply Everything, how many Data plans have you missed out on? I have missed out on about 5-10 Data or Blackberry plans in the first couple of days that the new plans have come out. It kind of makes me not want to sell the plan. Now, I will because it is my job...

dude i feel your pain...i actually left the company last month because of crap like that. and as all reps know, thats just the tip of the iceberg for sprint. it gets worse with the constant crashing irms (i swear i spent more time trying to fix things that the system messed up than actually doing my job description), angry customers in which a lot of cases we cant help because sprint wont give us the tools or resources. then it seems every week there is a new form or practice that they throw on reps to make the selling process even more tedious and time consuming... but i'm preaching to the chior here arnt i. lol. just throwing in my 2 sense to give kudos to those reps still trying to help people.

Ya we get paid lower then anyone else that is a major company, are systems that we use are also worse then anyone else's too. It feels like it takes 50 log ins and 10 emails and 30 transfers around in customer care to do anything sometimes.

I don't know about the store commissions, but I cant complain. I make $3000 in commission just about every month. Making just shy of 60 K last year. And all I do is talk on the phones. I could be doing roofing or digging ditches.
