Reconnect Fee Change

Effective immediately, the reconnect fee charged to customers reactivating a cancelled account has increased from $20 to $25. The fee change applies to customers in both the Ensemble and P2K billing systems. Please ensure you are communicating the correct fee to your customers as this fee is automatically applied to the customer's account when reactivating a cancelled account.

Omg Sprint is letting people who dont pay their bill on time still have service, and they can by paying 25.00

if your employer didnt pay you on time would you charge him just 25$ after 90 days ?

Is this a breach of contract and can we as customers run for the hills without paying ETF? If so I am gone like the wind, Sprint may have the best network but its like having the best engine and putting it into a gocart. Give me a fricken break here I have seen better phones on prepaid plans.

Only $25? Thats not bad.

Beats Paying a $200 cancellation fee, plus your past due balance, plus having to re-run credit and pay a high deposit just to get service again...right?
