So you want to know why sprint charges $5 for picture mail... or what ever else the price is we charge for something that someone else has for free or cheaper...? Well the answer is simple really, because they can. Oh and because they allow practically everyone and their brother to get service with little or no deposit requirement.

So as you've figured out this post is not necessarily being nice. BooHoo im tired of people whining and complaining wanting everything in creation to be free just cause joe blow down the street has it for free. If they are so great go back to them and get it for free then!

it does get old hearing people complain about sprint, calling retentions trying to get free stuff, etc. I have a family plan that I never bothered trying to convert to sero, I pay for power vision on both my lines and fine with it...but i like sprint!!

my only beef with sprint is the fact that right before i signed up i looked in kms and saw that employees who work for vendor contracted call centers for sprint can receive a $100 service credit spread out over 4 months but it was applied thru a back end script once you got your nvp discount. Well lo and behold i didn't get my credit, no biggie ill just call cs and get it fixed and applied manually, HAHAHAH yeah right! that didn't happen and ya know why, because the idiots took the document out of kms. so of course everyone is calling me a liar. except for the one doofus in the phillippeans that told me it was something i had to get thru the corporate sprint store i signed up at. so now i'm out $100 i was supposed to get.. grrrr very very gr...

well it all depends when you started service, i work for the sprint call centers, and i signed up for a sero plan, i was actually a week too late to get my $100 service credits, they stopped at like the end of june or beginning or july on the sc, so i called up and asked several people about it but they researched it and i signed up like a week or 2 late, oh well, get over it, it's not like they gave you a hundred dollars and after you spend it decided to take it back, it was money that they were going to give you that you would have had to spend anyway, damn, i guess you sprint employees are cheap aren't you...lol...

cheap has nothing to do with it, i signed up on time but something happened on the back end and i didn't get the credit, but by the time i called in about it the document was gone. If i'm promised something i expect to get it, and not be called a liar when i call in to get it applied to my account.

My gosh why are people so rude and hateful on this site geeze did someone pee in y'alls cheerios this morning or what.
