1. Call Sprint customer care to obtain the MSL & MSID for the ESN of your Samsung A920.
2. Press ## ...enter your MSL...#
3. Press #2 for EDIT
4. Enter your 10 digit wireless phone number for MIN.
5. Press OK
6. Enter the MSID
7. Press OK
8. Press #3 for DONE
Your Samsung A920 will reboot itself and should be ready to use at that point.
