Sayno Phone Business Sold
How will this affect us here at SPrint?
...

Not too sure, we'll all have to find out together. I hope Sanyo will keep their nmame, and will be an exclusive to Sprint. We'll see and find out.

This is important news for SPrint yet nobody cares to respond?
...
Eh, no need to hurry and respond as changes are unlikely in the Real near future...
😛

It is amazing though. We have had exclusivity on these models and now we risk losing that because it is most likely going to be sold to Kyocera. What about quality too? Kyocera isn't exactly known for making the best handsets. My question is, how far in advance are handsets created before they make it to the market? Hopefully, we still have six months or so of true Sanyo handsets.

were you been they lost the bid days ago.
...
well if they did lost the bid days ago who bought them then??
...
but thats only the sales, the unit is up for sale. isnt that different thing??
...
no its their phone unit!
...
well that should be good. if its going to japan u know its going to be booming! japan is really good with there phones and technology.
...
It is not important. Sprint needs to focus more on their own operations than their phone manufactures.
...
Yeah not important although Sayno been the #1 manufacturer for sprint phones, but not important
...
Yes. Sprint has internal aspects to work on first before caring of what the Sanyo business selling will do. it probably won’t change fundamentally.
