When I have my phone on vibrate, it will vibrate at random times, no alerts or anything. Does anyone else have an issue with this? I've only had it for a week, but all last week it was fine, it just started this yesterday. (it's not new)

as you stated you only had it for a week and of course its not new then. So return it to whoever you bought it from as it is defective!!!

If you bought it from a friend, put TEP on it (you are allowed within 30 days of activation) Then have it sent for Advanced Exchange to get a new/refurbished one back for free, but random vibration is also a sign of water damage, it the repair specialist see the watermarks colored, you'll have to go through signal which will be up to $50 deductable.

I'd suggest getting the MUSIQ over the FUSIC since the FUSIC is already a handset with us that has reached it's EOL and it being removed from the plan-o-gram effective 09/04/07. The MUSIQ has better a superior A2DP Bluetooth profile which will allow playback of DRM msuic where as the FUSIC won't as well as take up to a 4 GB microSD.

Where did you get the phone? Freind, family member, 3rd party, etc.?

To be honest with you, vibrating on it's on is a common simptom of "liquid damage".

Return, or take your phone to a corp. retail store (techs), and have a tech take a look.

This was a known issue when the Fusic first came out. I had about 4 customers with the problem, and the local service and repair store was able to help them. I got my Fusic only a few months ago and I've never had that problem...
...unless of course you got it wet then it's a different story.

They need to create an online list of defects that we are able to elaborate on so that we can conclude that this is a common problem when a customer comes in. 8200 and the charging port, 8300 and the hinge breaking, Samsung 900 and the battery life, etc.

That would be so helpful. I spend almost 2 hours with NSS trying to fix something just to find out it was a known issue from the 1 person I talked to that knew what they were doing. It would have saved myself and the customer that much time if I could have look it up and said "It's a known issue that is being worked on and she be resolved shortly"

There is a list like that if you have access to eTicket. After you pull up cust info and model, it'll show all defects and corrections for it. I believe you have to be a authorized repair center to access it tho.
