New service question

Hello!

I have narrowed my choice down to 2 phones.
1 I am leaning toward over the other.
I would like to try to get the one to see if I like it and if I don't I would like to get the other one then.

Say if I've had the phone for a week and I don't like it how do I go about exchanging it for the other one?

Is there any fee I have to pay for an exchange in handset?

I've heard you got a trial period to exchange the phone for another one but only allowed 1 exchange.

I plan on ordering online so if I don't like the first phone do I call and have them send the second one and then send the other one back or what?

Any truthful answers will be appreciated.
Thanks a bunch!! Take care.

if you think you will exchange then you should buy in a store as you have to go through all kinds of crap to return a phone at a store that you bought online!

There's no fee to exchange a phone, unless you have lost some of the components that came in the box. Also, make sure the phone still looks BRAND NEW.

As wombough said, it can be a hassle to exchange online orders, so you may want to go to a store to get your phone.

Sprint DOES have the right to charge a $25 re-stocking fee on all returned phones...

true, but I can't recall that being charged (at least at my store) unless the manual, charger, usb cable, etc... is missing.
