Sprint and Video Share phones
Sprint was the first to have a camera phone back in 02, now that at&t has launched the first video share phones today, does anyone know when sprint will be offering a phone like this. I watched the online at&t video share commericals and this looks really cool and it is sure to be the next big thing with cell phones and the price for the service will come down as with anything else. I showed it to some customer's I know and they all stated they would buy this service if I could offer it.

they have it here in japan. Its not the greatest thing and I don't see allot doing it other then in the privacy of their homes. Its hard to walk and talk on video and keep yourself in the picture. Sprint I would think will do it with wimax. EVDO if I am not mistaken does not carry voice like WCDMA does. But wimax will carry both.

You are correct wombough. Ev-DO does run paralell with voice. Also WiMAX will allow voice and data run with eath other. Can't wait for 4th generation WiMAX.

I don't see why Sprint wouldn't add more QoS for VoIP, on their Mobile WiMAX network.
