yeah i know that. people kept trying to say that we werent allowed to sell them til then though, which is not the case

technically if its loaded in the system you can sell it. i really dont know what the official policy is on that, maybe its a per store policy. i know that at our store we dont sell it till the official release of the product. your corporate?

nope we are a 3rd party. We were told that it wasnt going to come to us til monday but it randomly showed up friday

ah i see, i think they can tell if we sell phones b4 the official release and we get hit on our RYG reports, which is a bad thing to get points taken off of those reports. anything from discounting the phones more than we are supposed to, etc etc. things a 3rd party might be able to do without getting audited.
