I was working when a call comes in , there was this guy that said, i want to cancel, so a a rutine,i ask him why he want to cancel so he said , im going to said it in 2 words, I Phone, i laught at that moment ( turn on the mute). Then said customer , lok i can offer this for you to stay, i can gave you free, the mogul also i can gave you a 15 % mrc disscount monthly for the next year, also this way you wouldnt pay the etf of 200 dlls. And he sai, but the iphone is the best phone that mogul cant compete with it, just said me were the mogul is better, so i strt to list the pros, customer then said no thats not tru iphone is better the only think i dont like for it is the layout to type nut thats not a problem, then he said, only to see an app...

hhahahah i don't need English, so I'm first learn to speak Chinese, its a better language, and you know china is the present and china is the future.
