Sprint Customer Care 24 hours or not?
Can someone clarify if Sprint Customer Care is 24 hours a day or not? I spoke to a rep today on the phone who informed me they are. She said they arent fully staffed but do have reps overnight. However the voice recording the other night told me they werent. Is their a different number you can call to get a rep later in the evening or are they truly 24 hours a day?

From what I understand, customer service closes at midnight, except on sunday, which is 9. Tech support however, is open everyday at least from 5 AM to 2 AM. Supposedly the corporate callcenters are open 24 hours, but I can't verify that really.

i work until 12 ant that is the last turn, so so for spanish service midnight is the hour to close, i dont know but for englsih cs supposed to be the same hour, we wroking at central time.

yea, sounds right for customer service.
we have spanish-speaking tech in our center, and they seem to stay til 2 with us, or at least there are reps here who speak spanish until 2.
i guess that could just be creative scheduling.

i don't know but i hope that happen i want to work until 6 o clock and go school from work that would be cool 🙂 , that way i would never forgot to go school and stay sleeping at home 😁 , and just imagine almost nobody talk to cs before midnights.

No customer service rep works 24 hours. otherwise whatever calls, as few as there may be, would be routed to a customer service call center.
Some sites like the ones in india and phillipines have their workers on night shifts to cover for the time differences, so i really doubt there is something like a 24 hours customer care.
