If Southern Linc would buy Nextels IDEN part... cause ya'll know that sprint is gonna do away with IDEN for Nextel. Nextel from my understanding will no longer exsist in the future as IDEN. Right before they combined that info was on the net. HMMMMM Southern Linc USA coverage... THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS 😁

We only had 1 rebanded... (HIS radio), he chanced it. I am not ready to. We still wont know if it will work with the new system till the system is up and running but the good news is IT DIDNT BLOW INTERNALLY 😁 😁 Least thats a good start!

Is it possible for a Nextel Customer to DirectConnect a SouthernLINC customer, or for a SouthernLINC customer to InstantLINC a Nextel Customer? Just wondering.

if i ordered the i850 phone and it isnt out yet for nextel, would my nextel sim card still work in that phone?

I have not only 1 but 2 of the I700plus phones, I love them! Now I am being FORCED to throw them out and update to a new phone. It hasnt been long ago I bought new batteries,quite a few new cases, even a brand new yellow housing!!! Absolutely NOTHING wrong with my phones!! EXCEPT thier new system! I have been told by more then 1 person from Southern Linc that when I bring my OLD phone in for a update it will MORE then likely BLOW it internally rendering it useless! IF by chance it does accept the update then more then likely it wont work on the new system because it is a old phone and it wont understand it! In other words.. Snowball chance in hell for me! They suggest update to a new phone. I asked them if they update it and it blows interna...

I picked LINC last week when my Tmobile and Cingular GSM wouldnt pick up. im very impressed with their coverage and service.

OK so SoLinc got the i860 now, i think its time PS adds it, also seems like the i730 was discontinued ALREADY by SoLinc, still want to know, why Nextel doesn't have the i860 yet, =\ I'm really hoping as well as my fellow nextel subscribers it comes out soon and its cheap like the SoLinc eddition...
