V710 same as Verizon?

Is Alltel's version of the Motorola V710 the same as Verizons, unable to use the bluetooth between the cell phone and computers to transfer ringtones and photos? Thanks for your help.

Nope, no restrictions on the Alltel version 🤣
I use it to transfer photos to my Apple all the time!
