Well I can see I have no interest in the hybrid phone coming in Nov which lacks most features and is one ugly Racer and the i880 is simply a 870 with 2 megapixels?

So besides these two new phones coming Nov, will there be new plan or policy changes to wait for?

Does anyone know if the i850 has reception problems? I've had people tell me I'm breaking up or fading out, and when I look at it, it has 1, 2, or even 3 bars of signal strength. The same people always said I was crystal clear on my old i530, even in places with no bars at all. I still really like that old phone...sweet looking with the yellow and black, and always worked very well...too bad they discontinued it. It's like 'the' Nextel phone.

My brother and I want to join Nextel but all we hear is negative comments about Sprint. So we are tentative, is it good to join Nextel or should we shy away?

On Fair and Flexible plans, says you get unlimited numeric messaging, does that mean unlimited text messaging?

What is this, coming Nov 5th?

Is it only the i580, i870 and i275?
With the 275 the only candybar style phone with a camera?

Why did Nextel discontinue this phone, it added a camera and I played with it in the store and it's pretty nice. It's the only candybar phone with a camera for Nextel?

Well it appear my recent postings here at the forums have catch the eye of some of the higher ups in a few of our corporate departments so much as it warranted a call to my direct management team. Apparently I've been walking a close fine line regarding proprietary information about our products services, present as well as future and not using company time properly for more pressing tasks in my downtime.

Anyone have a prediction about what will happen to the NEXTEL Cup branding next year? I've heard it will be called 'Sprint Cup', and I've heard 'Sprint Nextel Cup'. I've also heard it will remain NEXTEL Cup, but the 'Chase for the NEXTEL Cup' Challenge will be renamed 'Sprint for the NEXTEL Cup'.

Anyone know how Nextel coverage in the Seattle area is? or Anywhere else in Washington State for that matter??? I am wanting a rugged phone like the i580 and Nextel seems to be the only option of all the carriers that offer such phones. I just can't seem to find anyone in Seattle that uses them.

You would think that there would be a market for other mfg's or carriers to offer a rugged/h20 resistant/mil spec phone.

I would apprieciate any info from anyone that lives or has traveled using nextel in Seattle.

With Auction 66 basically over, who do you think were the winners and losers? Who do you think over paid or got the best deal? Who is going to benefit from the spectrum they won the most?

That doesn't mean just because TMO acquired allot of spectrum they were the winner nor does it mean Spectrumco spent allot of money they are the winner. Who got the most bang for their buck? I have my opion but lets see what other in the industry think.

I will be posting this in other company forums. That way the trolls can give us their rediculous takes multiple times.

I saw a link the other day that showed what smaller companies were bidding for larger companies. Does anyone have this info?
