So who here has been throtled?

I was as of yesterday and am pretty pissed. I have an unlimited plan and have for somewhere around 5 years now. They all of a sudden bring in tiered plans and we get screwed?

If your going to throtle us, at least don't do it until we hit the max number of your tiered data plan which is 5GB. Not 3GB like they upgraded us to yesterday.

Has anyone seen the new wireless bill format? Looks like a u-verse bill..... IDK what possess AT&T to change their bill format so drastically stating that it will make it easier to read, when I hear people all the time complaining that they cannot read their u-verse bill....... Have you seen a u-verse combined bill with wireless on it? It is the devil...... In short, I HATE HATE HATE HATE THE NEW BILL FORMAT. 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿

I'm thinking of ditching Sprint for AT&T. Considering the Galaxy SII. Anyone know when or if AT&T will have LTE in Greenville, SC? Any feedback on the phone would also be appreciated....

My employer offers Cingular's Premiere program that supposedly provides discounts to handsets and service. Do any CSR's know if this will apply to the iPhone? Knowing how set in stone Apple's prices are I can guess that the answer is probably NO....

I currently have a contract with at&t. I was looking to get out of it, but I'm not up for a while. I know there was something where someone could take over your contract. Does anyone know how this works, is it safe and should I do it. By the way I was looking to leave, because I use to much data and I don't wanna be throttled.

What are you told about upgrading GoPhones? What process do you follow?

I'm very interested to know, because from what I hear everyone says something different.

This article has me a bit concerned that the current decision makers at ATT do not have the ability to make a solid commitment to it's customers. Longtime customers with unlimited plans being throttled before they reach 3gigs and keeping them throttled until the next billing cycle is a very poor decision on their part. They would do better to adopt TMO's upfront cap of 5gigs and and Verizon's temporary throttling depending on tower usage.

She cant open or view pictures that are sent via text or MMS ??

When she gets a picture text it ask to download & when you hit DOWNLOAD it looks like its downloading but nothing happens ??

When is cingular getting the "T" series motorola phone with the camera attachmwnt?

I love my new phone.
It does everything I need and more.

When I ordered the sales rep was pushing the fact it had an regular and HD FM Radio( We have alot of HD radio stations here in the Austin-San Antonio area)that other smart phones and regular phones did not have.

But when I received it and started exploring the different functions the FM radio option has been deactiaved.

Does anyone know if this is going to be addressed in a future software upgrade?

Also the one other thing that made me mad was AT&T made me change get rid of my unlimited text, multimedia and data plan I have had for the past five years!

Last April I reported to LG on their forum that I was having an issue with the phone disconnecting from sync. I am still waiting for a fix for that, has any other LG window User have the same issue? I have no problems with phonebook downloading, text messaging reading through sync that all works fine although I see posts on this forum of others not so lucky but I would just like it not to drop off.
One problem I do have currently is the LG is listed as the primary phone and sometimes Sync will connect another non LG smart phone instead even though both are in truck next to each other. AT&T and Ford Sync both say it is the phone all updates have been done on both the phone and the Sync which changed nothing sorry to say.

Does anyone know if I could get LTE data on a prepaid sim on a supported smartphone?
