any one hear work for cingular?
I currently work in sales for another carrier that has recently drastically changed my commissions.
i average about 30k a year with full benefits before taxes.

i work for cingular and they just changed our commissions drastically as well. It sucks! I made about 40k last year before taxes, i'll be lucky if i make 28k this year.

I work for cingular, and the new commissions is great, i don't understand how you are making less.

30k INCLUDING commissions???..wow..i'm on pace for around 40k or so this year, assuming the next 6 months were like the first 6 sales-wise

how would you rank in performance compared to the people you work with. i would call my self a little better then average. you on the other hand with 40k are you a top perfomer or are u average?

as of last month, according to the "cingular Summit" rankings (if you work for cingular, you know what this is) i was #5 in the market for retail sales consultants..i wont be there forever, but for now i am doing very well
