I now have over 3,000 rollover minutes..
Now, if they look at your call history and find that you've dropped like, 5 calls in a month, they can troubleshoot it, but not let you out of your contract. Or you can just continue complaining about your "poor" service, which I'm beginning to believe less and less.
I'll call 611 and this time I'll ask them to look at my call dropping history and then talk to them about my options. If I can get out of my contract, I'll do it and get on with life.
Thank you for your suggestions and your insults.

UUUUUGGGHHHHH again? đ đ đ đ đ Please do something already instead of coming here and making up useless nonsense every other day...
1. IS THIS SOMETHING YOU'VE ADDRESSED WITH AT&T IN THE PAST? If they look into your notes to find that you've never called in to report the issue, or try to get it fixed, they most likely won't consider letting you out of your contract. So you may have to call in and go through tech support at least once, and have the issue continue before dropping your ETF is something they will consider.
2. THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF CALLS YOU DROP. I can't tell you how many people I've talked to that say they drop every call, yet when I look at their call hist...
(continues)
1) Start flame wars
2) Troll
3) Make AT&T look bad (I'm sure this is the main reason BTW)
4) Hopelessly expect someone to feel sorry for you? (this would be very sad)
5) Just to be a PITA.
There's absolutely no way that you drop so many calls that you can't use any minutes. I think you're exaggerating A LOT!
Note: I'm not new to this site (check my profile) so I know very well when someone comes here to make statements that are not truthful.
12 * 450 = 5400 minutes per year
minus 3000 not used in the last 12 months
equals
2400 minutes used.
divided by 12
equals
200 minutes a month used.
So you are using about half of your minutes a month?
((working Sunday's sucks. âšī¸ ))
*sighs* children......
I am used to it though. I live in a very rural area in N texas, county population of less than 15000.
Rednecks from the hills out here are always coming in complaining about not having enough bars for the amount of money they pay. Then they tell me that they will let ATT put up a tower on their land and won't charge ATT anything. They don't even live in a town. The population per square mile for these type customers is probably less than a dozen. ^_^
"WHY I GET DROP CALLS OUT HERE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE SURROUNDED BY TREES?"
I am laughing on the inside as I sincerely apoligize for the inconvience.
