Question about Blackberry data plans.
My question is, will AT&T let me get rid of the data plan since I am going back to my Nokia phone? Should I call them and give them the IMEI number off the phone I am switching to? Or am I stuck paying for a blackberry data plan I will no longer be using?

Call CS with your Nokia IMEI and they will remove the BB package.
The phone still has warranty and can be swapped via warranty exchange. Their number is 800.801.1101. I wouldnt see the defextive phone on ebay.

Thank you, Will. The phone is not defective, it just doesn't get good service like my Nokia (and this is my second Blackberry) I think it is something to do with RIM and not AT&T because I get better call quality on my Nokia.
I loved my BB experience, but not for what I am paying. the phone's software is too buggy, and I've tried different BB models.

Well, I did it. I called CS and got the IMEI number changed, and they got rid of the Blackberry Personal data package and I listed my BB on Ebay. Phew. Glad this nightmare is over!
