AT&T Generally Unaware of New Contract Changes, Refuses to Waive Termination Fees

I would love it if I could easily get customers to get out of their ETF...

BUT

This guy's legal interpretation is inaccurate. His interpretation of the TOS was documented by Engadget and they already reported that there was no material change to the agreement (and they specifically cited the change and that it WOULDN'T effect aps like slingbox and skype).

As far as the Arbitration Clause goes he lost credibility with the second claim so I have trouble believing the first accusation.

Trust me, I would love for this to be true but I doubt that it is true.

BTW, they also had this filed under a "News" section. This is not News. This is an Editorial and should be contained in a section specifically labeled as to not confuse a consumer.

Don't treat people like sheep. This "Call to Action" is not News but an activist stance against something in which they have a vested interest.
