On another note while I was looking for that, I found a potential class-action lawsuit against cingular, too! This is the first I've heard of this one, does anyone know more about this? Most of the information still say's pending, so I'm assuming the lawfirm is still trying to get enough plantiffs to make it "class action"

The current problem we're having is, as reps in retail locations, we haven't been recieving our commission checks either fully or on time. Guys who normally open up checks that can support families are opening up a $65 commission check. The issue dates back to November (month of the merge) and is ongoing.
(What the lawsuit thing was saying was cingular has spent multi-million dollars advertising no roaming where ever you are, and people claiming they have been charged roaming charges domestically)
It doesn't really specify much more.

They also aren't paying the correct commision amount on these migrations. We were told $5 per but some have paid out at $3. When we asked why we were told they were still under contract to AT&TWS so they pay less. As a commisioned salesman that's not worth my time.
