AT & T is the WORST !!!!!
In the short time I had them - I never received ONE correct bill from them. They overcharged on everything! Had to spend hours and hours on the phone correcting the bill with them...
IMO - they are the worst of the bunch!!

Did anyone hear anything this guy just said, uh I mean whined? All I heard was 'wah wah wah wah'!

but I did read it.
what people don't get is that 99% of the time the bills are correct.
it's just a rate plan error or a feature was added on that shouldn't have been or something.
another thing people don't get is that it's the same with every carrier.
and the last thing that they don't get is for the most part, don't go into the store to change your plan or fix your "bill".
oh and one last thing.
I don't care about your problem or your whining. go suck on a lemon and whine to someone who's drunk on it. they might be more interested about the horrible and evil AT&T stealing your money.

I guess since the "customer is usually wrong"... that is why AWS is rated as one of the WORST in customer care and why AWS has one of the highest churn rates in the business. Good attitude for a care rep!

and the average customer unfortunatly can't read their bills right.
I didn't say they were wrong, just uneducated in the matter.

I am a care rep and the most common call i get ISN'T "Why do i have this charge on my bill?" It's "Why is my bill this high?" And the answer is usually easly on the bill. Of course that is not always true on GSM bills. I still take 15 mins to read one of those if it's messed enough.
