work til 9:30 every night until the repref then 530-645 shift becasue the con are ungrateful bastards and dont care if the reps do a good job or not, they only care about what your employee # starts with.

that's rediculous and very poor management. I'm not looking for to going back to nights. I went to days because I thought I was helping the company and the client, but neither one gave a damn when repref came up. I hope 500 people walk out on june 26th and screw them.
