You wouldn't beleive the amount of times I've said the same thing to Care reps and ESPECIALLY SST(To do their F*7king jobs) (I'm In BEUC). So I feel your pain 🙂.

Why does BEUC think that we can handle FAN'S there was a big mass email sent out if we touch them we get screwed over..........so we don't why would we sacrafice par for that! oh wait i guess some would. nvmd

maybe the email didn't make it to every rep in every call center. We get the mushroom treatment so often that it suprises me that I am as up to date on policy as I am.
