one of my past manager told you in two seconds flat if you even thought about your stats turning PINK let alone RED. 🤭 and she wasn't nice about it either. 👿 yet when i had Save team, team support, blue reps and CUSTOMERS calling and emailing her about how good i was doing i never heard a word about it. 😈 i trans'd as fast as i could and forwarded all the emails i had copys of to my new manager. she said "good job." that's all i wanted. 😁

Some supervisors ONLY care about their stats, and whip their agents in line (figurativly speaking--although... i'd like... err... um... nevermind). Then there are the good supervisors who care more about quality service and don't care so much about stats. I, luckily, have a good supervisor.
