Yeah you always know when the client is in. They actually cleaner desks last night, put up new posters and actually dusted some things. My TL also gave us a littel pep talk yesterday. It went kinda like "be good, I am listning, the client is here, I want all of you to read out the survey questions, in fact if you dont read the survey it is a no on a call."
That survey is a piece of s@#t. Convergys is not pulling out of NS if Cingular goes away. We are far too cheap labour for them to leave. Cheaper on the dollar, no expensive health costs. Plus NS govt gave them tons of money to be here. So go ahead and leave Cingular! You are bull#@t anyway! We would all rather Kraft, Microsoft, Clairol, something other then a horrible company.
