They wouldn't pay all this money to train us then cancel the contract.
And besides cingular is thinking of coming to canada so they will need us and if we lose our contract with Cingular well OH WELL then we can pick up another company that maybe knows a thing or two about customer service!!!

That would explain why Convergys has 3 sites in Alberta!
and they always say they are going to let us go but when you work at a call centre that has better stats and better results then the internals and you are cheap labour I doubt they are going to let ya go. But C'est la vie
